At GRLHOODTM, we want you to be completely obsessed with your fit. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all GRLHOODTM tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
